Friday Night Headliners

Fresh from their annual tour of Europe, this high energy powerful party band will have you dancing til you drop! Having just returned from a tour which encompassed a stop to play at Eddie Jordan's (F1 & BBC) 70th birthday party, the band welcomed on stage a host of stars including Damon Hill (F1) & Mike Rutherford (Genesis/Mike & The Mechanics) and brought the house down. Also having played for dozens of celebrities and even Royalty, the band bring an electric end to the first night of the 2018 festival.

Saturday Night Headliners - OASIS Maybe

Did you miss Oasis' early rough and ready gigs of 94/95? Did you miss the era defining concerts at Earls Court, Maine Road, Loch Lomond and Knebworth?

"Oasis Maybe" were formed by five close friends and massive fans of Oasis. ”Oasis Maybe" are determined to become the world’s premier tribute to Oasis. We attempt to capture the sound, look and feel of the Band from the 1994-1997 era, mainly performing tracks from Definitely Maybe and Whats the Story Morning Glory with a few famous B-sides and later singles thrown in for good measure. Our show is inspired and drawn from those early gigs and huge stadium shows so come and check us out and transport yourself back to that magical time in the 90's when Britpop ruled the world.

Are ya mad fer it!?

Headline Support - BLURry

As support for the headliners Oasis Maybe, who could be more fitting than a tribute to the 'other' Britpop Icons of the 90's BLUR. Performing the Blur classics, BLURry will help create a perfect Britpop evening on Saturday.

Lining up on the Friday night are a mix of tastes to suit everyone! Kicking off with local Thorne singer Toni Goulden, belting out popular classics to ge the party started. Followed by the ever entertaining Sledge Against the Machine. This York based trio take a heap of songs, jumble them up in a scrabble bag and fling them out in a random assortment of madness! Think Rage Against the Machine meets Pink Floyd on Steroids! Great fun! This is followed by the amazing vocals of Dark Lightning. Pumping out classic BIG songs and were a huge hit at our festival last year.

Topping off the evening is the amazing Bogus Brothers. Having been on tour for over 35 years, played for many household names including Ronan Keating, The Corrs, Eddie Jordan and more, this will be simply an all-round party. Songs that will guarantee to get you dancing and the Bogus Brothers will make sure that you have an evening to remember! With a song list ranging from 70's & 80's classics to the latest party anthems!

Get ready to be blown away!

Saturday kicks off with local favourites Saints Among Us belting out a mixed set of well known and original material including their newly released single. Beautifully Dangerous (mainly ex-Saint Harlot) is another local band that will hit the spot. This line-up features another female lead vocalist and is sure to entertain with powerful classics.

Mad About Mandy will take to the stage and bring a party feel along. Warming everyone up for the evenings entertainment.

Britpop cover band Choons are new to our event and will be reminding you of the 90's era, playing all those great anthems that you hadn't really forgotten, just mislaid in your brain!!

Local powerful rockers Gordon's Alive will build up the momentum ready for our headliners with their 'LOUD' set of modern and classic rock fronted by the ever talented Craig Headley. Headline supporters BLURry will be thrashing out the classic Blur tracks including all the well-known anthems from the 90's and 00's. Ready for Oasis Maybe to bring the house down with the amazing back catalogue of indie amazement!

This is not to be missed!
